1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Qevizo, an Android rewards app operated by Gufran khan (“we”, “us”, “our”). Qevizo is in development and is not yet available. These Terms will apply once the app is released and you create an account.

By creating an account or using Qevizo, you agree to these Terms, to the rules published in the app (“Published Rules”), and to our Privacy Policy. The Published Rules set out details such as Coin values, minimum balances and available withdrawal methods. If you do not agree, do not use Qevizo.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You must live in a country where Qevizo is offered, and use Qevizo only where it is legal to do so.
• You may hold only one account, and it is for your personal use only.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Individual activities may have extra eligibility requirements set by the provider offering them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens in your account. Tell us promptly at support.qevizo@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it. Accounts may not be transferred, shared or sold.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• create or use more than one account, or use someone else’s account;
• use bots, scripts, emulators, automation tools or modified versions of the app;
• use a VPN, proxy or other method to hide or misrepresent your location or identity;
• give false, random or inconsistent answers in surveys, or rush through activities without real engagement;
• exploit bugs or errors to obtain Coins, or fail to report them when you notice them;
• interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Qevizo or its systems;
• break the rules of any provider whose activities you take part in;
• use Qevizo for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent.

5. Coins

• Coins are a reward unit inside Qevizo. They are not money, a currency or a financial product, and they have no cash value except as the Published Rules allow.
• Coins are personal to your account. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged except as the Published Rules allow.
• Coins do not belong to you as property. They represent a conditional reward that is subject to these Terms.
• We may correct your balance if Coins are credited by mistake, through a technical error, or for activity that is later reversed.
• If the Published Rules introduce Coin expiry, we will give you notice in the app before any Coins expire.

6. Reward verification

Completed activities are recorded as pending until they are verified. Verification depends on confirmation from the provider and on our own checks for fraud and invalid activity. We credit Coins only for verified activity.

• We may withhold, delay or decline a reward that cannot be verified, including when a provider does not confirm an activity.
• If a provider reverses an activity after Coins were credited, we may remove those Coins.
• Verification times vary and are not guaranteed.
• Providers decide whether their own activities were completed validly. We cannot always overturn their decisions.

7. Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal when your balance meets the Published Rules, which may include a minimum balance, available methods and account verification.
• Every request is reviewed. We may decline, delay or cancel a request, for example if we need to verify your identity, if the related activity is under review or reversed, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
• We do not guarantee that a withdrawal will be approved, or how long it will take to process.
• Payment providers may charge fees or set their own conditions.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

8. Third-party providers

Surveys, advertisements and other activities are supplied by third-party providers. Providers must approve Qevizo before their activities can appear, and their availability may change or end at any time. When you take part in a provider’s activity, the provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. We are not responsible for providers’ content, decisions or services.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, decline pending withdrawals and remove Coins if we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms or the Published Rules, engaged in fraud or abuse, or put Qevizo, its users or its providers at risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a way to ask us to review the decision.

You can stop using Qevizo and close your account at any time. Coins that have not been withdrawn under the Published Rules when an account is closed may be lost.

10. No guarantee of earnings

Qevizo is not a job or a source of income. We do not guarantee that any activities will be available to you, how many Coins you can earn, or that you will be able to make a withdrawal.

11. Changes to Qevizo and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue Qevizo or any feature, including Coin values, activities and withdrawal methods. We may also update these Terms and the Published Rules. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Qevizo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Qevizo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
